Description Generator (realestatelistingai.com) writes property listings, social posts and emails from the details you type in. This page explains what data that involves, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. We keep it to what the service needs.
Who we are
The service is run by Aranzolm Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St #32757, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect and why

We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it for advertising, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
Saved listings stay in your browser
“My listings”, your form drafts and your saved personal tone are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them. We can’t see or recover them.
Cookies
We only use cookies the service needs to work, so there’s no cookie banner:
- ls_vid: remembers your free listings and plan (1 year).
- ls_sid: keeps you signed in (30 days, or until you sign out).
- ls_oauth: protects “Continue with Google” while you sign in (10 minutes).
Who helps us (processors)
- Google (Gemini API): the AI that writes the text. We use the paid Gemini API, under which Google does not use your content to train or improve its models.
- Google (Sign-In): only if you choose “Continue with Google”. We receive your email address, name and account ID.
- Resend: sends the sign-in code emails. It receives your email address and the code.
- Our hosting provider: runs the servers and database.
- A payment provider, once paid plans launch. It handles your card details; we never see or store card numbers.
Some of these providers are in the United States or other countries outside yours. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your account and usage counts: while you have an account. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
- Sign-in sessions: 30 days. Sign-in codes: 10 minutes.
- Property details: not kept after your text is written.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Our legal bases are: providing the service you asked for (contract), keeping it secure and free of abuse (legitimate interests), and meeting legal obligations.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We don’t use passwords, so there are none to leak. Session tokens and sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form, and access to our systems is limited.
Children
Description Generator is a tool for property professionals and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll let signed-in users know by email.
