These terms cover your use of Description Generator at realestatelistingai.com (the “service”), run by Aranzolm Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St #32757, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf.

What the service does

You enter details about a property and the service uses artificial intelligence to write a listing description, headline, highlights, social media posts, an email and translations.

Check everything before you publish

AI can make mistakes. The service is told to use only the facts you give it, but it can still get details wrong, leave things out or word them in ways that don’t suit your market. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all text before you use it, and for making sure it’s accurate and lawful where you publish it, including advertising, consumer protection and fair housing or anti-discrimination rules. Machine translations should be checked before use.

Your content

You keep all rights to the details you enter and to the text the service writes for you, and you can use that text however you like. You give us permission to process what you enter only to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). Only enter information you’re allowed to share, and don’t enter other people’s personal data unless you have a lawful reason to.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One person per account.

Free listings, trial and plan

• Free: 2 listings, no account or card needed.
• Free trial: 3 days, with an account.
• Plan: $25 (US dollars) a month, up to 50 listings a month. Unused listings don’t carry over to the next month.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We’ll remind you before a trial ends.
• Taxes may apply depending on where you are. If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price only applies from your next billing period.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent, or to write listings for properties that don’t exist or aren’t yours to market;
• ask it to produce discriminatory, hateful or harassing content;
• try to make it do something other than write property marketing (for example with hidden instructions in the notes);
• scrape, flood or attack the service, get around its limits or plans (for example with many accounts), or resell access to it;
• copy, reverse engineer or build a competing service from it.

We use automatic limits to keep the service fair and may pause or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running well but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you first and you can cancel.

Our responsibility

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profits), or for losses caused by text you published without checking it. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be excluded by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users by email about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
